Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of daybreakdesignsco.com and any engagement letter we sign for project work.

Project work is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW takes precedence over anything on this page for active engagements.

All project deliverables — code, design files, content uploaded to Sanity — transfer to the client at final payment, with the exception of underlying tools and frameworks (Next.js, Tailwind, Sanity) which retain their original licenses.

We reserve the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before kickoff.
